Delivery Policy

This Delivery Policy explains how and when Voro Ventures Private Limited ("Voro") delivers work produced under the brand Voro Films. It forms part of our Terms of Use. Timelines in your signed quote or agreement take precedence.

1. How we deliver

• Previews and final files are shared through secure cloud links (such as Google Drive, Frame.io or WeTransfer) sent to the email address(es) you nominate.
• Download links remain active for at least 30 days. Please download and back up your files promptly.
• Photo galleries may be delivered through a password-protected online gallery.
• Live streams are delivered live to the platform you specify, with recordings shared afterwards.

2. Standard timelines

Timelines run in working days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) from the later of the last shoot day or receipt of all inputs needed from you (logos, approvals, presentations, music choices, feedback).

Rush delivery is available for an additional charge, subject to capacity.

3. Review and revisions

• Video drafts are shared on a private review link, which may carry a watermark or low-resolution preview until payment is complete.
• Please send consolidated feedback from all stakeholders within 7 working days of each draft. Time-coded comments help us turn revisions around faster.
• Each revision round is normally completed within 2–4 working days.
• The number of included revision rounds is stated in your quote. Additional rounds are charged as listed on our Packages page.
• If we receive no feedback within 10 working days of a draft, the draft is deemed approved and we may proceed to final delivery and invoicing.

4. Final delivery

• Final, full-resolution, watermark-free files are released after the balance payment is received.
• Standard formats: video in MP4 (H.264/H.265) at 1080p and/or 4K as quoted; photographs in high-resolution JPEG; subtitles in SRT. Other formats (ProRes, PNG cut-outs, LMS packages) are available on request.
• Platform versions (16:9, 9:16, 1:1) are delivered as listed in your package.

5. Raw footage and archiving

• Raw footage is not included unless stated in the quote or purchased as an add-on.
• We keep raw footage and working files for 90 days after final delivery, and final deliverables for up to 24 months. After that, files may be permanently deleted.
• Extended archiving is available on request for an annual fee.

6. Physical delivery

Where agreed, we deliver on a client-supplied or purchased hard drive, by hand within Delhi NCR or by tracked courier elsewhere in India. Drives and courier are charged at cost. Risk in the physical media passes to you on delivery to the address you provide.

7. Delays

• Delays caused by late inputs, late feedback, scope changes or unpaid invoices extend delivery timelines accordingly.
• Delays caused by force majeure events are handled as set out in our Terms of Use.
• If we expect to miss an agreed date for reasons on our side, we will tell you in advance with a revised date. Where the delay is solely attributable to us and exceeds 10 working days, we will discuss a fair fee adjustment with you in good faith.

8. Problems with delivery

If a link has expired, a file is corrupted, or you cannot access a delivery, write to hello@vorohq.com with your project name. We will re-share within 2 working days, provided the files are still within our archiving period.
